Dilshad S. Khan who has passion for public interest. He has the aim of bringing a revolution of positive thoughts in the society. So he started a Magazine INDIA HALCHAL in 2003 & Newspaper named MUMBAI HALCHAL Daily Newspaper in the year 2010.

In the world of Journalism Mr. Dilshad S. Khan started his career 25 years ago.

With the aim of awakening the spirit of public service in the society and journalists and to bring revolution of ideas, he founded the PatrakarSangh Welfare Association in the year 2012. At the same time, he has been honored by the government and various organizations for various social service works.

Considering the pain of every journalist as their own, he is ready to solve their problems. Apart from this, being a humanity beyond caste discrimination, he was a night and day service chariot for public safety at the time of Covid -19 period. At the time of this whole trouble, when their relatives were not ready to accept the dead bodies that died of corona, So he has made his significant contribution. Not only in Covid time but also he help poor & needy people on regular basis & he is ready to help people any time. So that’s the reason he is appreciated and encouraged by one and all.

In view of these works, he has kept his possession. The growing popularity of MUMBAI HALCHAL is at its peak. Not only this, at the time of various natural calamities and Demonetization coming in the country, Mr. Dilshad S. Khan and the entire team of MUMBAI HALCHAL played an important role for social service like a social organization.

As his dream was to help people and bring Peace & Positivity in society. He worked hard Day and Night to fulfill his dream and now he became inspirational for everyone. His objective is to create a model community which is socially proactive and contributes wholeheartedly to the progress of the Society and Growth of the Country.

लोकहित कार्य में जज्बा रखने वाले दिलशाद एस. खान इन्होंने समाज में सकारात्मक विचारों की क्रांति लाने के मकसद से मायानगरी मुंबई शहर में इंडिया हलचल नामक मैगजीन सन 2003 और दै. मुंबई हलचल नामक अखबार की शुरूवात सन 2010 में की। 

पत्रकारिता जगत में पितामह कहे जाने वाले श्री. दिलशाद एस. खान ने 25 साल पहले अपने करियर की शुरूवात की। समाज और पत्रकारों में लोकसेवा का जज्बा जगाने तथा विचारों की क्रांति लाने के उद्देश्य से इन्होंने पत्रकार संघ वेल्फेअर एसोसिएशन की स्थापना सन 2012 में की। वहीं विभिन्न समाज सेवा कार्यों के लिए इन्हें सरकार एवं विभिन्न संस्थाओं द्वारा सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।

हर पत्रकार का दर्द अपना दर्द समझकर उनके हर समस्याओं को सुलझाने हेतु में तत्पर रहते हैं। इसके अलावा जाति भेदभाव से परे मानवता के नाते वे कोरोना आपदा के समय जन सुरक्षा के लिए रात और दिन सेवा रथ रहे। 

इस पूरी मुसिबत के समय कोरोना से मृत्यु होने वाले शवों को जब उनके परिजन स्वीकारने को तैयार नहीं थे, तब ऐसे समय पर हिन्दू और मुस्लिम दोनों के अंतिम संस्कार हेतु दिलशाद एस. खान ने अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया, न केवल कोरोना काल में बल्कि वह नियमित आधार पर गरीब और जरूरतमंद लोगों की मदद भी करते हैं और वह किसी भी समय लोगों की मदद करने के लिए तैयार हैं तो यही कारण है कि वह सराहना है और एक और सभी द्वारा प्रोत्साहित किए जाते है।

इन कार्यों के मद्देनजर लोगों के दिलों में श्री दिलशाद एस. खान इन्होंने अपना कब्जा जमाए रखा है, वहीं देश आर्थिक राजधानी मुंबई में भी इनके द्वारा संपादित अखबार दै. मुंबई हलचल की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता चरम पर है। 

इतना ही नहीं देश में आने वाली विभिन्न प्राकृतिक आपदा एवं नोटबंदी के समय भी श्री. दिलशाद एस. खान के मार्गदर्शन में दै. मुंबई हलचल की पूरी टीम ने एक सामाजिक संस्था की तरह समाज सेवा के लिए महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

चूंकि उनका सपना लोगों की मदद करना और समाज में शांति और सकारात्मकता लाना था। उन्होंने अपने सपने को पूरा करने के लिए दिन-रात मेहनत की और अब वह हर किसी के लिए प्रेरणादायक बन गए। उनका उद्देश्य एक आदर्श समुदाय का निर्माण करना है जो सामाजिक रूप से सक्रिय हो और समाज की प्रगति और देश के विकास के लिए तहेदिल से जुड़ता हो।
